Calum Smith

Calum Smith serves as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider with a turnover exceeding $1 billion, and operations in over 60 countries. With extensive experience at Airswift since 2008, Calum has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, where responsibilities included merging operations across three countries. Previous roles include Regional Director for the USA and Canada, and Regional Manager for Papua New Guinea, demonstrating a strong track record in P&L ownership and operational management. Prior to Airswift, Calum gained sales experience in the automotive industry. Calum holds a degree in International Business, Finance, and Economics from Alliance Manchester Business School.
