Jayden Wallis

President, ASPAC at Airswift

Prior to the merger between Airswift and Competentia, Jayden Wallis was the CEO of the Competentia Group, responsible for driving the overall company performance, implementing group strategies, and providing support to the company’s operations in APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Now, as part of Airswift, Jayden Wallis becomes a key member of the executive team, heading up the Asia Pacific region.

Before his appointment as CEO in 2016, Wallis managed Competentia’s operations in APAC and EMEA. He has over 17 years of experience in global workforce solutions and has helped clients deliver projects across the energy, process, mining, and technology sectors with major owners/operators, EPCs, and service companies.

Prior to joining Competentia, Wallis held senior management positions with workforce solutions providers in Australia and the Middle East. He is a Commerce graduate from Curtin University in Western Australia.
