Jonathan Lee is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and workforce solutions industry, currently serving as the Regional Manager for the Middle East at Airswift since October 2018. With significant prior experience at Matchtech, where Jonathan held multiple leadership roles including Head of Power Generation, T&D, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas, and Team Leader for Power Generation, T&D, and Water, expertise encompasses various engineering sectors. Additional experience includes business development roles at BTC Group and Staples Advantage, and a consultancy position at JENRICK ENGINEERING LIMITED, where notable achievements include the largest placement in the company’s history. Jonathan began a career in sales at UBM plc, excelling in generating substantial revenue for a leading UK Commercial Property magazine.
