Adam Minich

Adam Minich is an experienced content strategist and technical writer currently working at Airtable since April 2020, where responsibilities include technical writing, knowledge center development, and localization planning. Prior to Airtable, Adam served as a Technical Writer and Support Advocate, creating content for both customers and internal teams. In addition to a role as a freelance musician with Osos Peligrosos, Adam has extensive experience in public service through positions with the National Park Service as a Visitor-Use Assistant and team supervisor, where skills in customer interaction, training, and compliance were honed. Adam began a foundational career with the Student Conservation Association as a Visitor Use and Social Sciences Intern, contributing to essential data collection for the National Park Service. Adam holds a degree in Sociology from Ball State University, completed in 2010.
