Carly Taylor

Carly Taylor is an experienced professional in customer experience and program management, currently serving as an Associate Program Manager for Customer Support Enablement at Airtable since July 2019. Previous roles include the Head of Customer Experience at both StudentBridge and Nfinity Athletic, where Carly independently developed customer success departments and managed teams. Carly's early career includes positions such as Account Manager at Case-Mate, Production Associate at Viacom's MTV MADE series, and Music Production Intern for the Late Show with David Letterman. Carly holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication: Media Studies from Endicott College and additional certifications in health coaching and personal training.
