Kelsey Wilcox

Kelsey Wilcox currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate and Compliance Legal at Airtable, having joined in December 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held multiple positions at Instacart from February 2021 to December 2024, including Associate General Counsel & Director of Legal and Senior Corporate Counsel. Kelsey’s legal career also includes experience as an Attorney at Cooley LLP from October 2017 to February 2021, and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2016 to October 2017. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Attorney at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from August 2014 to July 2016, and a Paralegal role at Sagat|Burton LLP from September 2009 to June 2011. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University (2005 - 2009) and a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School (2011 - 2014). Kelsey graduated with a High School Diploma from Trinity College School in 2005.
