Kylie Sheaffer is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in technical support, content creation, and journalism. Currently serving as an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist at Airtable since March 2021, Kylie has previously held roles including Technical Support Specialist and Customer Support Advocate. Prior to Airtable, Kylie worked as a Consumer Writer, Editor, and SEO Specialist for several companies, where responsibilities included content production and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility for local businesses. Kylie's background in journalism includes producing high-quality daily newscasts as a News Producer for WECT and WSFX, and gaining comprehensive newsroom experience at Carolina News & Reporter.
