Cass O'Connor is an accomplished corporate advisor and executive with extensive experience in strategic counsel, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chair at Airtasker and TRIBE, O'Connor has also held the position of Principal at Cass O'Connor & Associates since 2000, providing insights on significant business negotiations and governance matters. Additional leadership roles include Director and shareholder at Goalpost Pictures, Non-Executive Director at Ultraceuticals and A New Approach (ANA), and Chair of NextEd Group and various other organizations, including a recent tenure at Carriageworks.
