Andreas Bolstad

Andreas Bolstad is a Data Platform Engineer at Airthings since January 2024, focusing on building infrastructure, developing pipelines, and enabling data analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Software Engineer at Sopra Steria from August 2020 to December 2023, specializing in JVM-based solutions such as Java and Kotlin. Andreas has also contributed as a Summer Researcher at Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt - FFI and SINTEF Energi AS, where significant optimizations in simulation code and development of 3D CAD-modeling scripts were achieved. Additionally, Andreas supported students as a Student Assistant in complex analysis and calculus courses at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) and held various support positions during early educational years. Andreas holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Physics and Mathematics from NTNU, completed in 2020.
