Orrian Willis has a range of work experience in workforce development and employment counseling. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Employment Counselor and Program Coordinator at Mission Hiring Hall, Inc. Following that, they worked at the Mission Economic Development Agency from 2013 to 2016, initially as a Job Developer and then as a Workforce Development Program Manager. In these roles, they oversaw various programs and services aimed at providing job coaching, training, and employment opportunities. In 2016, Orrian joined the City and County of San Francisco as a Senior Workforce Development Specialist, focusing on the TechSF initiative.
