David Ritchie

David Ritchie has a diverse work experience in the customer experience field. David is currently working as the Head of Customer Experience at SSE Airtricity since February 2023. Prior to this, they were involved in customer experience strategy at Three Ireland from October 2022 to February 2023. From February 2021 to October 2022, David served as an Associate Director of Customer Success at Flutter Entertainment Plc. Before that, they held various customer experience roles at PokerStars, Sky, AIB, Full Tilt, Sportingbet Affiliates, and Irish Life.

David Ritchie completed their Primary School education at Scoil Santain from 1991 to 1999. David then attended Colaiste de hIde between 1999 and 2005, where they completed their Secondary School education. David Ritchie went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at University College Dublin from 2006 to 2008.
