Alice Penfold

Alice Penfold has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) roles. Alice is currently working at AirTrunk as the Head of EHS - Business Operations, where they focus on sustainability and delivering data centers that meet customers' needs. Prior to this, Alice worked at Scentre Group as the EHS Systems & Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for risk reporting and the development of risk reporting platforms. Alice also worked at The Star Entertainment Group as the Group Safety Assurance & Systems Manager, where they oversaw safety systems and programs. Alice has experience in WHS consulting at Marsh and worked as a Senior Consultant at Scott Paine Consulting Pty Ltd. Alice also has experience in health and safety roles at Hansells Food Group and Sanford Limited. At Sanford Limited, they served as the Environmental & Sustainability Manager, where they improved the company's health and safety performance and implemented various policies and procedures. Overall, Alice has a strong background in EHS management and has contributed to improving safety and sustainability in various organizations.

Alice Penfold obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Auckland from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Christchurch Girls' High School from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Alice also obtained several certifications, including Prosci Change Management Certification from Being Human in 2017, ICAM Lead Investigator Course from SAFETYWISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED in 2017, Construction Induction White Card from Service NSW in 2016, H&S Management Systems Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in 2015, and Environmental Management Systems Implementation from New Zealand Quality College in 2006.
