Hannah Pham

Hannah Pham, CFA, is a Commercial Manager at AirTrunk since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Financial and Investment Analyst at DCI Data Centers from August 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included underwriting and modeling cash flows for acquisitions, performing financial due diligence, and preparing board presentations. Prior to that, Hannah worked at JLL from July 2013 to August 2017, progressing from a Graduate Trainee to Assistant Manager, focusing on market analysis, research reports, and feasibility studies. Earlier roles include an Investment Intern at Knight Frank Singapore and a Sales Executive Intern at Far East Organization. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore and the CFA charter from CFA Institute, as well as a student exchange program at Penn State University in Real Estate Investment.
