Emma Smith is the Head of Marketing at Airwalk Reply, a consultancy specializing in modern cloud technology adoption. Prior to this, Emma held leadership positions in marketing at Bentley Systems and BC, both in the infrastructure engineering software industry. With a background in managed communications services at Maintel, Emma has a strong foundation in marketing and brand management, supported by a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA in Marketing from the University of Plymouth. Currently pursuing a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
