Hailey Hou

Hailey Hou is an experienced professional in data science and risk management, currently serving as Risk Data Science Manager at Airwallex since November 2024. Prior to this role, Hailey held various leadership positions at GoTo Financial, contributing to the development of data science solutions for the company's financial services, including PayLater, Swadaya, and Pinjaman Modal Usaha. Earlier career experiences include positions at Accenture, where strong data science capabilities were demonstrated across multiple analytical domains, and at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, focusing on statistical and Big Data analysis.
