Peter Hong

Peter Hong is a seasoned product design leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Airwallex, Peter also runs Peter Hong Design, providing consultancy services that focus on user testing and research. Previous positions include Head of Product & Experience at Flexischools, where Peter significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and mentored design teams, and Head of Design for Digital Loan Originations at Macquarie Group, leading a large team to achieve design excellence. Peter's background features roles at BCG Digital Ventures, Lana, OpenSC, NAB, and Croove, where contributions ranged from leading design efforts to shaping product strategies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Design (Honours) from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
