Richard Gates

Richard Gates is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition APAC at Airwallex, where Richard manages the APAC Talent team and oversees global executive recruitment. Prior to this role, Richard held positions at companies such as Checkr, Inc. and Coinbase, where Richard managed recruiting teams and led hiring efforts across various locations. With experience in executive recruitment at Arete Partners and recruitment consulting at Sharp & Carter and Michael Page, Richard has a strong background in talent acquisition and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University.
