Robert M. Bernstein

Robert M. Bernstein is currently the Director of Product Legal for the Americas at Airwallex, where they oversee legal matters related to product initiatives. Previously, they held positions at Mercury as Associate General Counsel and at Stripe as Regulatory Counsel, focusing on financial services, payments, and regulatory strategy. Bernstein's extensive legal experience includes serving as Senior Counsel and Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor and as General Counsel at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. They also have a background in academia, having taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Bernstein earned a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School and an AB from Princeton University.
