Steph Koch-Yang

Steph Koch-Yang is currently the VP of Financial Services at Mirakl, where they lead the global financial services division with full P&L ownership. With a strong background in building and scaling revenue engines, Steph previously held key roles at Airwallex, where they served as Chief of Staff and later as Director of Global Growth, significantly contributing to the company's valuation. They also co-founded Shappy Studio, which developed a multiplayer 3D eCommerce platform, and played a vital role in iZettle's expansion and acquisition by PayPal. Steph earned a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC School of Management and began their career in investment banking at Rothschild & Co and Nomura.
