Martin Wright

Martin Wright currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Airxcel, Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions at Press Ganey from July 2016 to October 2025, including Partner, Strategic Consulting and Director of Strategic Consulting, with responsibilities ranging from team management to quality improvement. Martin also worked as Vice President of Engagement Services at Avatar Solutions and as a Healthcare Systems Consultant at Communication Company of South Bend Inc. In a previous ten-year tenure at Press Ganey Associates, Martin advanced from Consultant to Manager of Improvement Services, where contributions included the development of the "Six Stage Improvement Model" and conducting client-focused training and presentations. Martin holds a BA in English from Purdue University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
