Paddy Dyson is a General Manager at Advanced Innergy Solutions with extensive experience in the international oil and energy industry. Since 2011, they have led AIS activities focused on providing insulation and fire protection solutions for defense applications. Paddy has also served as the General Director of ContraFlex Kazakhstan since 2014, overseeing the manufacture and support of a full range of passive fire protection products. They previously held roles as an Army officer and as a Commercial/Operations Manager, and they earned an MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School.
