Tim Smith

Tim Smith is a construction professional with over sixteen years of heavy construction management experience and more than twenty-three years of hands-on expertise. They have specialized in large excavation and concrete placements, as well as high-rise projects, emphasizing safety throughout their career. Previously, Tim served as a Superintendent at Swinerton Inc. and various other companies, overseeing significant projects such as the Gateway Center and VA hospital parking structure. Currently, Tim is a General Concrete Superintendent at AIS Infrastructure and a Broker at SWAK, in addition to previous leadership roles in clean room design and installation. Tim attended Valencia College for general studies and completed their education at SCHS.
