Fred Norman

Fred Norman has been working in business development for over 10 years. Fred started their career at KPMG US in 2019 as a contract government business development specialist. Fred then moved to BMC Group in 2016 and worked as a contract government business development specialist for two years. In 2018, they joined AIS Network as a director of business development.

Fred Norman has completed a number of different educational programs in their career. Fred started with a Citizens' Academy from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and Related Protective Services. Fred then went on to complete a Graduate program in Executive Coaching from Vistage International. After that, they completed a Computer Engineering & Systems program from Unisys in Business Management. Fred also has a number of certifications from Sperry in Sales & Marketing Development and Computer Programming. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Study in Analytical Troubleshooting from Kepner-Tregoe and another Certificate of Study in Principals of Effective Supervision from Sterling Institution. Finally, they have certifications from both Sperry and Control Data Institute in Computer Engineering.

Fred Norman reports to Jay Atkinson, CEO. They are on a team with Neera Jain - Team Lead, Enterprise Directory Services, Phil Carapelle - Director, DevOps, and Laurie Head - VP, Owner & CMCO.
