Mark Frantz

As a member of the Board of Directors, Mark endeavors to be a value-added resource to the AIS management team, providing counsel on the organization’s strategic direction, growth, and culture, while also helping to provide shareholder insight, expertise, and perspective. Mark is the Co-founder and a General Partner with Blue Delta Capital Partners. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for ASGN (NYSE: ASGN), having previously served on the CSRA board (acquired by General Dynamics). Mark has also served as the Managing General Partner of In-Q-Tel (strategic venture capital affiliate of the U.S. Intelligence Community), a Principal with The Carlyle Group (venture capital team), an investment banker at Alex. Brown, a policy advisor to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, and White House aide to President George H. W. Bush. During his career, Mark has had the privilege and pleasure of investing in and working with dozens of successful companies and their excellent management teams including Sonatype (acq. by Vista Equity), 42Six (acq. by CSC/CSRA), NetWitness (acq. by EMC/RSA), and Sourcefire (Nasdaq: FIRE, then acquired by Cisco). Mark holds Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College. Mark is a passionate swimmer and former triathlete who loves being around his family….including playing Uber driver for his 3 young kids and all of their activities.
