Tia Yoder

Tia Yoder is a seasoned Principal Business Systems Analyst Consultant at AIS, with extensive experience in the technology sector since April 2021, focusing on user authentication and improving customer access through Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Prior to AIS, Tia served as a Senior Lead Business Systems Analyst at Digi-Key Electronics, where significant contributions were made to eCommerce, identity management, and supply chain workflows, utilizing Agile methodologies. Tia's career also includes roles at Thomson Reuters, Minnesota Judicial Branch, and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, demonstrating expertise in SAP projects, requirements gathering, and process optimization. Tia holds an M.A. in French Literature and a B.A. in Applied French from the University of Iowa.
