Shweta Dua

Shweta Dua has a diverse background in customer care, training, and academic support, with experience spanning over two decades. Starting at GE Capital as an Outbound Customer Care Trainer, Shweta has advanced through various roles, including Senior Recruiter at Mafoi Management Consultants, Senior Trainer in Soft Skills at Aptech, and Regional Manager of the Academic Support Group at Educomp Solutions Ltd. Currently serving as Head of School Content & Initiatives at AISECT, Shweta focuses on content development, training on educational theories, and providing academic support to franchise schools. In academic endeavors, Shweta is pursuing a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Ravindra Nath Tagore University, following an MA and B.Ed. from Delhi University.
