Boris Baer

Boris Baer has extensive work experience in the field of R&D and engineering. Boris started their career as a Testing Technician at RAD Data Communications in 1995 and worked there until 1997. Boris then joined Aitech in 1999 as a HW Development Team Leader, and later took on the role of R&D Manager in 2011. Currently, they hold the position of VP Global R&D at Aitech since September 2019.

Boris Baer has an extensive education history. Boris first attended the College of Engineering of Tel-Aviv University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002. In 2016, Boris Baer returned to The Open University of Israel to further their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2019.
