Khalid Muhammad has over 20 years of experience in various engineering and program management roles. Khalid was responsible for the integration of electrical and electro-mechanical systems into aircraft seats and worked closely with the design engineering group to solve various design and development challenges.

Khalid Muhammad has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology, although it is unclear when they obtained this degree. Khalid also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, but again, the specific dates of completion are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Khalid has obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineers in March 2015.
