Nitzanit Bar Levy

Nitzanit Bar Levy has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Nitzanit is currently the VP Global Human Resources at Aitech Systems since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the VP Human Resources at Taldor from February 2016 to June 2017, leading a department of HR professionals and implementing HR roadmap and policies. Before that, they were the VP Global HR at Ericom Software from October 2014 to March 2016, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and processes globally. From July 2010 to October 2014, Nitzanit worked at the Weizmann Institute of Science as the Head of Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Welfare Departments. In this role, they oversaw various HR processes, established organizational development infrastructure, and structured recruiting procedures. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of the recruiting firm Jobin from January 2004 to May 2010, specializing in mid-level and senior management positions. Nitzanit also worked as a Recruiting Department Manager at Sapir Jobs from July 2000 to July 2004.

Nitzanit Bar Levy obtained their Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Levinsky Institute in the years 1994-1998. Nitzanit then went on to pursue an MA in Labor studies - HR Executive program at Tel Aviv University from 2008-2009. Nitzanit also holds another MA degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, although the specific duration of this program is not provided.
