The company focuses on providing telecommunications solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual clients. Aiton Caldwell’s main area of operation is SaaS (Software as a Service), a service based on remote access to software through internet.

With its estimated 40% VoIP market share, FreecoNet is dedicated to individual clients and SOHO businesses.
