Oliver Kuster

Oliver Kuster is a leader in IT and finance. They are the CEO of aity AG (since 2023) and work as an independent advisor (since 2022). They were a lecturer for the module Financial Accounting for Swiss Certified Public Accountants at EXPERTsuisse from 2004 to 2022. At Avaloq, they held roles including General Manager Core Banking and member of the Executive Board (2016–2018), and led non-hierarchical, agile teams across multiple locations. They earned a Doctorate in Accounting & Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich (2003–2007), a Master of Arts in Finance (1997–2002), and a Diploma of Education in Economics Teacher Education (2001–2005), and studied Japanese Language and Literature (1998–1999) at the University of Zurich.
