Florian Jansen

Florian Jansen is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently, Florian serves as Co-Founder at ROOTS Food and Chairman at Aiuta, focusing on technology-driven solutions for fashion retail. Additionally, Florian is a Venture Partner at Antler and holds a shareholder position at FJX Group, advising on IT development and venture investments in the MENA, CIS, and Europe. As a member of YPO, Florian is part of a global network of chief executives and has previously contributed to noon's Board of Directors. Florian's past roles also include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Magnit, where significant digital transformation initiatives were executed, and advisory positions at Sberbank and Home Credit Russia. Florian's educational background includes master's degrees from Columbia University and The London School of Economics, along with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universität Witten/Herdecke.
