Torsten Anders

Torsten Anders has been working in the field of music technology since 2000. Torsten began as a Computer Programmer at Radboud University Nijmegen, where they designed and implemented several music software projects. In 2007, they became a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow In Artificial Intelligence And Music at Plymouth University. Torsten then moved to the University of Bedfordshire in 2010, where they were a Senior Lecturer in Music Technology. In 2019, they joined Aiva Technologies as a Research And Development Engineer.

Torsten Anders' education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Music (Music Technology) from Queen's University Belfast from 2002 to 2007, a PgCert in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Plymouth from 2008 to 2010, a Research Studies (Aufbaustudium A) in Composition from the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar from 2001 to 2003, and an MMus in Composition from the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar from 1994 to 2000.
