Alma Meng

Alma Meng has four years of work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Translator for Aeria Games GmbH and as a Technical Services Coordinator and Customer Support Representative for GetYourGuide. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer and Senior Customer Support Engineer for Contentful. Alma currently works as a Support Engineer for Aiven. During their time at Contentful, they mentored new colleagues and optimized the onboarding process, led customer calls, coordinated between internal teams and customers, supported Cloud CMS for API integrations, and maintained knowledge base and public FAQs.

Alma Meng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Beijing International Studies University between 2010 and 2014.
