Alyce Pascoe has over 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Alyce began their career in 2012 as a Client Services at Aspedia Australia, where they were responsible for providing support, documentation, training and various other forms of information to clients regarding their custom built web solutions. In 2013, they moved to Network Technologies Queensland as a Web Developer, where they were tasked with building Drupal web solutions from basic information websites to e-commerce websites, and had strong skills in HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, as well as prominent knowledge in working with CPanel systems. In 2014, they worked as a Web Systems Manager at Auto Electrics Australia, providing level 1 IT support and being the first point of contact for the workers in the office for any IT related issues. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Temando in various roles, including Level 2 Support Team Leader, 2IC Technical Analyst, and Technical Analyst. In 2020, they moved to Global Payments Inc. as an API Analyst, and in 2022, they began working as a Support Engineer at Aiven.

Alyce Pascoe attended Bribie Island State High School from 2006 to 2010. Alyce then went on to attain a Bachelor of Information Technology Majoring in Computer Science from Queensland University of Technology between 2015 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Linux Academy, (ISC)2, and Sumo Logic, including a Certificate 1 in IT, Certificate 2 in Business, Certificate 2 in IT, AWS Concepts, (ISC)2 Candidate, Sumo Logic Fundamentals, Administration, Advanced Metrics with K8S, Search Mastery, and Security Analytics.
