Colin I.

Colin I. has over 17 years of experience in the security field. Colin began their career in 2004 as a Principal Security Architect at Virtual IT. Colin then moved to FSCS as a Technical Security Architect in 2012, before joining Microsoft Consulting Services as a Senior Security Consultant and Technical Security Consultant. In 2013, Colin I. joined BAE Systems as an IT Security Consultant. Colin then moved to Shaw Communications as a Security Solutions Architect in 2016. In 2018, they became a Senior Security Engineer (SRE) at Replicon, followed by a role as a Sr. Security Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Aiven as a Sr. Security Solutions Architect.

Colin I. has a Master's degree in Cyber Security from the University of Birmingham. Colin also holds three certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) obtained in February 2010, CCNA Voice obtained in August 2007, and CCNP Security obtained in 2006. Colin is currently attending The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
