Firdous Fatima

Firdous Fatima has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 when they served as General Secretary and Head of Human Resources at IAESTE. In 2018, they worked as a Networking Intern at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. In 2019, they worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Office of Information Technology, UTD and as an Analog IC Design Engineer Intern at Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology. From 2020 to present, they have been employed at Symphony Health, first as an Associate Data Architect and currently as an Associate Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales. During their time at Symphony Health, they have contributed to the Fast Patient matching platform for real-time matching of tokens against patient IDs, installed and configured a secure Apache Nifi cluster, debugged the Nifi cluster against issues surrounding Network, security, VPC, load-balancing, memory, storage, etc., worked on AWS services, configured RDS database, documented the overall fast patient matching platform, implemented and updated relationships between data using graph databases in Neo4j, performed extract, transform, and load operations on Snowflake and Neo4j database, and deployed and connected the graph database to visualization tools.

Firdous Fatima has a comprehensive educational background. Firdous completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur from 2015 to 2019. Firdous then pursued a Masters in Information Technology & Management from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2019 to 2021.
