Matthew Singer currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Innovation Capital at BlackRock, where responsibilities include providing customized growth equity solutions to mid-to-later stage private companies in the technology and healthcare sectors. In addition to this role, Matthew holds several board positions, including Board Member at Bright Machines and Board Observer for multiple companies such as RapidSOS, HawkEye 360, and Deep Instinct. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Growth Capital Solutions at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, focusing on private debt and equity transactions. Matthew holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in International Politics and Security Studies from Georgetown University.
