Rita D.

Rita D. has over five years of experience in Human Resources. In 2016, they worked as an HR Administrator at AUGS Markets Pty Ltd, where they managed end-to-end recruitment, new hires onboarding and performance review. Rita also developed HR policies, performance evaluation procedures and employee handbook, and prepared human resource documentation. In 2017, they worked as an HR Assistant at Hamber Services Pty Ltd, where they assisted the HR manager with company policies development and HR procedures implementation for 100+ employees. Rita also created an employee handbook and issued monthly HR newsletters, and closely liaised with five recruitment agencies to identify the hiring requirement, source candidates, schedule interviews, and bring successful candidates onboard. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at SAMSUNG SDS as an HR Professional II/Assistant Manager and HR Professional/Senior Officer. In their roles, they provided guidance and HR support to line managers and employees in three working sites, managed the full employee life cycle, and led HR operations. Rita D. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Macau University of Science and Technology between 2009 and 2013. Rita went on to obtain their Master's degree in Human Resource Managment from UNSW between 2014 and 2015. In July 2020, they earned a certification in Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations from LinkedIn.
