Sam Iles is a Senior Partner and Global Head of Alpha Agency at Aiviq, where they lead initiatives in venture and innovation for financial services. With nearly a decade in management consulting, Sam previously served as Co-Head of Distribution Consulting for Asset & Wealth Management at Alpha FMC and has extensive experience implementing strategic changes across various regions, including Europe and Asia. Sam holds a BA in Geography from the University of Oxford, where they focused on Economic Geography and Geopolitics. They are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and have played a pivotal role in expanding North America's team at Alpha FMC from 14 to 125 members.
