曹宝健

宝健曹 is currently the BMS Senior Manager at AIWAYS, focusing on BMS development and participating in national and EU projects. With over 17 years of experience in the field, they previously served as the BMS Manager at SAIC Motor, where they managed software development for various vehicle projects, and as the Director of the Shanghai Technical Center at BAK Battery, establishing the center and overseeing BMS platform development. Earlier in their career, 宝健 led BMS self-development for Fuel Cell Vehicles at SFCV/Tongji University. They hold a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, both from Tongji University.
