Alex Busker

Alex Busker has extensive experience in strategic operations and business management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at Aiwyn since May 2025. Previously, Busker played a pivotal role at Zipline from June 2020 to May 2025 as the P2 Business Operations - Site Operations and Launch Lead, where responsibilities included driving the strategic vision for partner onboarding and optimizing operations. Additional roles at Zipline included Global Implementation Lead, collaborating across various teams to enhance client service processes. Earlier positions include Strategic Account Director at Waystar, Senior Business Analyst at Digitize.AI, and various leadership roles in customer success and marketing at Sona Dermatology & MedSpa and Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center. Busker began the career as a co-founder of My Girl Friday, LLC, and also held an early position as a reporter for rAVe [PUBS]. Education was obtained at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication was earned.
