Lukas Nattermann

Lukas Nattermann has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lukas currently works as a Strategy Manager at AIXTRON SE since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Manager of Development Engineering at Wolfspeed from November 2018 to February 2021. Lukas also held the position of Research Development Consultant at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from October 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Research Scientist at Structure and Technology Research Laboratory and Material Sciences Center, Marburg from October 2012 to June 2018. Lukas gained experience in academia through an Honorary Associate Position with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from October 2016 to November 2016. Before transitioning into their professional career, Lukas co-founded and served on the executive committee of Youth Future Project e.V. from 2009 to 2012. Lukas also participated in summer internships at Audi AG in August 2011 and thyssenkrupp in June 2008. Lukas began their career as an intern at Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung in June 2007.

Lukas Nattermann completed their education at The Philipp University of Marburg. Lukas earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from 2009 to 2012. Lukas then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, specializing in Physik, from 2012 to 2014. Lukas further continued their academic journey at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from 2014 to 2017.
