Michael Josten

Michael Josten is currently serving as a Product Owner at AIXTRON SE since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked at IconPro - A.I. Solutions from May 2020 to July 2023, initially as Teamlead, where responsibilities included strategic planning, technical management, requirements management, and team empowerment. Michael also has experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and DevOps engineering. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in General Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Additional previous roles include research and internships at various organizations, such as Fraunhofer IPT, BMW Group, and Henkel, which contributed to a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and project management.
