Simon Tonn

Simon Tonn has a diverse work experience in the technology and engineering industry. Simon started their career at AIXTRON SE in 2009 as a Field Services Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Services Engineer from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Simon joined Vaillant Group as a Project Manager for Test & Assembly Systems. Simon then returned to AIXTRON SE in 2015 as a Sales Manager for Europe. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Manager for Europe at AIXTRON SE, a role they have been in since April 2021.

Simon Tonn started their education at Cologne University of Applied Sciences in 2004, where they pursued a degree in Elektrische Energietechnik. Simon completed their studies and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in 2009. Afterward, Simon attended the University of East London from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
