Torsten Kastel

Torsten Kastel currently serves as a Supplier Quality Expert at AIXTRON SE since April 2021. Prior to this role, Torsten was a Senior Quality Manager at AGP Group from January 2019 to August 2020. A significant portion of Torsten's career was spent at AGC Automotive Europe from September 2005 to December 2018, where responsibilities included roles as Account Quality Manager, Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Customer Quality Engineer, and Plant Quality Engineer. Torsten has a proven track record in leading projects to address systematic issues across various regions, including the EU, US, and Asia, and has supported the Russian organization in implementing Western European quality standards like VDA and ISO TS16949.
