JS KANG

JS KANG is the current CEO of AIZEN. Prior to this, JS served as an early investor for WiPower, Inc., a venture company in wireless charging technology for consumer products. WiPower was eventually merged with Qualcomm. JS also has experience working in business planning and risk & strategy management as the Head of Business Planning at Citi. There, JS oversaw the portfolio management, structured financing, non-performing loans, stress test - capital adequacy review, and restructuring processes. Before Citi, JS was a Finance & Economy Committee Member at The National Assembly of The Republic of Korea where they were responsible for fiscal policy and monetary policy under the former Finance Minister. JS has also worked as a System Engineer at LG CNS Co., Ltd. and as a Marketing Intern at L'Oreal S.A. Korea.

JS KANG completed their MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they completed a MA in Economics (International Finance) at Seoul National University and a BA in Linguistics, Business Administration at Seoul National University. They also participated in the Japanese Government Sponsorship Program at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and studied French and Japanese at Daewon Foreign Language High School.
