Jerh Collins

Jerh Collins is a Strategic Advisor at Aizon with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jerh began their career as a Student Intern at Eli Lilly and Company in 1982, where they gained experience in warehouse and quality control. In 1991, they joined Merck as a chemist and was responsible for process transfer from development to operations. In 1993, they joined Novartis as a Plant Manager, where they were responsible for the day-to-day running of an API production unit. Jerh has been with Aizon since 2001 and has been instrumental in the company's success.

Jerh Collins has a BSc in Chemistry from University College Cork, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University College Cork, and a post-doctoral degree in Cancer Research from Arizona State University. Jerh also has certification from Wharton Executive Education in HR Management and Analytics, certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Agile Meets Design Thinking, certification from Harvard Business School in Executive Leadership, certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Continuous Manufacturing, and certification from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Advance Leadership.
