Steven Jackson

Steven Jackson is a seasoned professional in recruitment and consultancy with a focus on accountancy and finance. As the Director and Co-founder of AJ Connect since October 2020, Steven has been instrumental in connecting SMEs in the UK and NYC with top talent in this sector. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Fyte, and a progression of roles at Hays, where positions ranged from Associate Recruitment Consultant to Business Manager. Earlier in their career, Steven gained experience as a Brand Ambassador at Denvir Marketing and as a Sales/Marketing Assistant at Scott Gourlay Golf Technology. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Studies and Economics from The University of Stirling, completed in 2012.
