Joe Boa

Joe Boa is currently the Vice President at A&J Construction, a position held since 2024, following a role as Regional Manager from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, Joe served as an Estimator/Project Manager with the same company from 2010 to 2019. Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from The University of Connecticut School of Business, where they also competed as a student athlete on the men's soccer team from 2005 to 2009.
